Pricing & Payment:

  • Free Shipping (on orders over $50): Via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after shipment. Ideal for LIP & BODY & HAND or Miniatures.
• Delivery Estimates: Are estimates only and may vary. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may experience extended delays or restrictions.
• Title & Risk: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition for Return: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with seals intact.
• Non-Returnable Items (FINAL SALE): To uphold hygiene and safety:

  • Gifts & Sets with broken packaging seals.
  • Opened TOOLS & Applicators.
• Process: Returns must be initiated by contacting [email protected] within the window. An RMA number is required.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting the approved return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
