- Receive Return Instructions & Authorization (RMA)
Our care team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without this authorization.
- Ship Your Return
Securely package the unused, unopened item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA number inside. Ship to the address provided in your instructions using a trackable service for your peace of mind.
- Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund and send an email confirmation.

- Gifts & Sets where the packaging seal is broken.
- Tools & Applicators (from the TOOLS menu) for hygiene reasons, once the packaging is opened.
