- Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
- Process: Initiate a return by emailing our care team. We do not offer automatic exchanges; a refund will be issued for returns, and a new order should be placed for the desired item.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) used for the purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees (e.g., Standard Shipping at $12.95) are non-refundable. For exchanges due to our error, we will cover all shipping costs.
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return (e.g., Cleanser, Exfoliator, Gifts & Sets)
- The reason for the return
You may use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary details.
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions & Authorization
Our care team will respond within 1-2 business days (matching our order processing speed) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Securely package the unused and unopened item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA number inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation.
- Credit Card / Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after processing.
- PayPal: Refunds are usually reflected in your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after processing.
Processing at our end begins within 3 business days of receiving your return.

Important Notes & Non-Returnable Items
In alignment with our commitment to hygiene, safety, and the integrity of our formulations, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or Used Products: For the health and safety of our entire community, any product where the seal has been broken or has been used is non-returnable. This applies to all categories, including Serums & Ampoules, Spot Treatments, Moisturizers, etc.
- Gifts & Sets where the packaging seal is broken.
- Tools & Applicators (from the TOOLS menu) for hygiene reasons, once the packaging is opened.
Analysis Note: Based on the website’s focus on hygiene, ingredient integrity, and curated routines (evident in menus like SKIN CARE, ROUTINES, Serum & Ampoule), final sale policies on opened items are standard to ensure product safety for all Routine Builders.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and its packaging. We will swiftly arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
